The Skypath is a design response for developing an elegant solution for opening public amenities such as walking, cycling and other personal mobility options through a clip-on addition to the Auckland Harbour Bridge.

The independent structure is a 1,100-metre-long cycle and pedestrian addition to the existing bridge, with a structure shaped as a box girder, allowing the new structural spans to closely match the existing bridge structure.

It was designed with multiple stopping and viewing points along the route. The Skypath prioritizes public safety, with features such as anti-throw and climbing screens carefully integrated into the design from the beginning, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience for all users.
